40 Road Trip Albums to Rock Your Summer

Whether you're out of school for the summer or experiencing a mid-life crisis, it might just be time to hop in the car and hit the road for a SUMMER ROAD TRIP! And what better way to get out those pent up winter aggressions than listening to some good old fashioned rock and roll?!

Whether you're driving 100 miles or 1,000 miles, it's best to have your albums ready in advance. Here are 40 rock albums I recommend to jam out to or sing along with. (This is by no means a complete list.)

I've just become attached to Captain Beefheart's Trout Mask Replica. Wasn't too sure what to think of it when I first heard it, a few good tracks here and there but now the whole album just simply rocks. It's an absolute classic!!! Patience and an open mind is required!!!!
